About Us
We are an inclusive ARTS hub dedicated to empowering neurodivergent young people through creativity, collaboration, and community. Our mission is to create a welcoming and safe space where participants can explore a wide range of art forms from music, pottery, and photography to drama, dance, DJing, culinary arts, game art, and character design in a way that feels safe, accessible, and personally meaningful. By offering choice and flexibility, we ensure that every individual has the opportunity to engage with activities that suit their interests, strengths, and sensory needs.
The Project
We believe that creativity is a powerful tool for self-discovery, and our hub is a place where every young person can be seen, heard, and inspired to thrive.
This project is proudly led by Friends of Don Bosco Malta, a Salesian-affiliated NGO committed to supporting the holistic growth of young people, particularly those most in need. Rooted in Don Bosco’s educational approach, our hub is designed as a place where creativity becomes a pathway to confidence, self-expression, and belonging.
The Team
The training equipped tutors with practical strategies to adapt their teaching, build confidence and engagement, and create a supportive environment in which every participant can thrive.
Our team of trained educators, youth workers, and professional artists provide guidance and encouragement, helping participants build confidence, refine their skills, and develop valuable social connections. Beyond artistic growth, we focus on fostering healthy resilience, emotional expression, and transferable skills that open doors to future education, careers, community engagement and personal satisfaction.
Before the programme began, our professional tutors completed a dedicated series of training workshops focused on understanding neurodivergence, individual communication and sensory needs, and inclusive approaches to creative learning.
