Finding Your Voice
Goal: Discover the joy of using your own voice in a safe, relaxed way.
What happens: Breathing and stretching, playful vocal sounds and short pop-style loops.
Modern influence: Inspired by vocal textures from Billie Eilish and Ed
Sheeran.
For less verbal participants: They can hum, tap, or move to rhythm — every
sound matters.

Rhythm & Groove
Goal: Feel how rhythm connects people and drives modern music.
What happens: Body percussion, rhythm games, and building group grooves
with beats and melodies.
Modern influence: Using pop and electronic rhythms inspired by Imagine
Dragons and Dua Lipa.
For less verbal participants: Use percussion instruments or movement to join
the groove.

Emotion & Storytelling through Song
Goal: Explore how songs express emotion — with or without words.
What happens: Breath and sound for emotion, singing accessible pop songs
(like Count on Me or Some
Modern influence: Connecting emotion to familiar pop ballads and modern
storytelling.
For less verbal participants: Use gesture or rhythm to express emotion
instead of lyrics.

Creating Together
Goal: Celebrate creativity and teamwork through a group-made piece.
What happens: Warm-up, recap, and collaborate to make a short trackusing voices, beats, and effects.
Modern influence: Layered sounds inspired by pop and R&B production
styles.
For less verbal participants: Choose or create one sound to include in the
group piece.

About
My name is Rachael Tedesco Triccas
Rachael trained at Masquerade Theatre Arts School, the College of Jazz Dance and voice under the tuition of Joshua Alamu, after having been in the classical choir Cantores Sancti Juliani for 11 years. She fronted the band Floor Zero for 5 years; and worked as a backing vocalist for Eurovision, Red Electrick and Airport Impressions amongst others.
She has also featured in several local TV productions and theatre. She currently works as a freelance Vocal Guest Entertainer at sea, combining her passions for travelling and the performing arts.
In addition, Rachael received the Adult Educator Award at the 2021 EPALE Awards for her work as a lecturer, celebrating her contributions to adult education and lifelong learning initiatives in Europe.
