- Group Agreement Creation – what makes us feel safe
- Warm-up Games: “Mirror Game,” “Pass the Sound”
- Introduction to Tableau (Frozen Pictures)
- Reflection Circle & Journal Prompt: "What did you enjoy?"

Emotions & Expression
Theme: “Telling Stories Without Words”
Goals: Explore body language, facial expression, and movement
Structure:
- Welcome & Visual Schedule
- Emotion Walks – walk around the room showing a feeling
- Charades – Feelings & Situations
- Story Sculptures – silent scenes from fairy tales or real-life
- Short Group Improvs (Non-verbal)
- Reflection & Group Journal Wall – "How did it feel to act without talking?"

Voice & Character
Theme: “Finding Our Voices”
Goals: Develop vocal confidence and character creation
Structure:
- Warm-Up Games: "Voice Stretch," "Sound Ball"
- Character Creation Activity – build a character using cards
- Hot Seating – Q&A with a character
- Partner Work: Dialogue building with scenarios
- Short Scene Rehearsals

Scene Work & Staging
Theme: “Putting It Together”
Goals: Rehearse and refine group scenes
Structure:
- Warm-Up & Ensemble Game: "Zip Zap Zop" or "Yes, Let's!"
- Blocking & Rehearsal of Scenes
- Group Feedback Time – positive feedback sharing
- Create Posters or Invitations for Showcase
- Cool-down Circle & Grounding Exercise

Celebration & Sharing
Theme: “Sharing Our Stories”
Goals: Celebrate progress, share work, reflect
Structure:
- Warm-Up & Group Energiser: "Favourite Moment Rewind"
- Final Rehearsals
- Informal Sharing/Showcase – to peers/family/staff
- Celebration Certificates & Memory Cards
- Closing Circle – "What I'm proud of..."

About
My name is Marco Calleja
Maltese-born Marco Calleja is a performer, director, producer, educator, and TV host. He is also a proud parent to Nia Joy, who continues to inspire his creative journey daily. Marco holds an MA in Advanced Theatre Practice from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, London (2017), and originally graduated with a background in the life sciences, which continues to inform his artistic curiosity — particularly in exploring the dynamic crossover between science and the arts.
